Meet & Greet — find your airport

Meet & Greet is a person. A host is waiting for you by name — at the arrival gate or the aircraft steps when you land, at the terminal entrance, the kerb or a welcome counter when you fly out — and stays with you: porter service for your bags on many packages, priority or escorted access at the checkpoints the package covers, and a transfer to or from the aircraft on most. Fast Track only opens a faster lane; this walks it with you.

Inside a meet & greet booking

Meet & Greet is a person. A host is waiting for you by name — at the arrival gate or the aircraft steps when you land, at the terminal entrance, the kerb or a welcome counter when you fly out — and stays with you: porter service for your bags on many packages, priority or escorted access at the checkpoints the package covers, and a transfer to or from the aircraft on most. Fast Track only opens a faster lane; this walks it with you.

Your host meets you by name

A representative is waiting for you, on most packages with a name board. Arriving, that is the gate or the aircraft steps; departing, the terminal entrance, the kerb or a welcome counter. Every package names its own meeting point before you book.

Porter service for your bags

Many packages include a porter: your bags are carried from the meeting point to check-in on the way out, or out to the terminal exit, the car park or your car on the way in. Each package says whether porter service is part of it.

Photo: Priority or escorted at the checkpoints

Priority or escorted at the checkpoints

Your host takes you through the checkpoints your package covers — check-in, security screening, passport control — with the priority or escorted access it includes, walked to each desk rather than pointed at it.

Terminal transfer to or from the aircraft

Most packages cover the leg between the terminal and the aircraft — shared on the great majority, private on a few. It is listed on the package.

All three are sold. Book ahead: most packages want at least a day's notice and many want two or three, and each one shows its own window.

Most Meet & Greet packages can be cancelled and some cannot. Which one you are buying is on its card, next to the fare, before you pay.

How it works

Four steps, start to gate

  1. 01

    Pick your airport

Search the directory, then choose arrival, departure or transit.

  2. 02

    Share your flight details

Flight number, date and how many of you are travelling. Most packages want at least a day's notice, and many want two or three.

  3. 03

    Get your meeting point

The confirmation names the exact place your host will be — the arrival gate, the terminal entrance, a welcome counter — and how they will reach you.

  4. 04

    Look for your name board

Your host takes it from there: the bags, the queues, and the walk to your car or your next gate.

Questions

Meet & Greet — the common questions

Meets you by name — at the arrival gate or the aircraft steps when you land, at the terminal entrance, the kerb or a welcome counter when you fly out. Porter service for your bags is included on many packages. Your host walks you through check-in, security and passport control with the priority or escorted access the package covers, and stays with you to your car or your next gate.

Your confirmation email includes the exact meeting point and your host's details. Hosts track your flight number, so a delay never strands your booking.

Yes — arrivals, departures and transit assistance for layovers are all bookable where we offer them. Pick your airport above to see the directions sold there.

Absolutely, and it's one of the most common uses. Book in their name, forward the confirmation, and the host meets them by name at the meeting point the confirmation gives.

Your airport, date, flight number and passenger count. Everything else — meeting point, timing, host details — comes back in the confirmation.

It depends on the package. Most Meet & Greet packages can be cancelled and some cannot; which one you are buying is labelled on its card, next to the fare, before you confirm.
