Border control at some airports
A number of airports sell the same lane at passport control as well as at security. Each package lists exactly which checkpoints it covers before you book.
A lane, not a host
Fast Track is access to a faster queue and nothing more. No one meets you, carries your bags or walks you through the terminal — that is Meet & Greet, and many of the same airports sell it.
Your whole party in one booking
Adult, child and infant fares are quoted separately on every package, so one booking covers the people travelling with you and you go through the lane together.
Book close to the day you fly
Most lanes can be booked right up to the day you travel; a few want a day's notice. Each package shows its own booking window and that checkpoint's opening hours.
Non-refundable once confirmed
Fast Track packages cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed. Every package says so on its card, next to the fare, before you pay.
