The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zetexa Global Private Limited, which operates ZetSIM, and its subsidiaries. “You”, “your”, “user” or “visitor” refers to any natural or legal person visiting our website, using our mobile applications, or purchasing from us.

General terms
ZetSIM sells prepaid travel eSIMs, eSIM top-ups and airport services — lounge access, fast track and meet and greet. Customers may register and buy them through our website and our mobile applications. These Terms and Conditions are accessible on the website and in the apps. By using them, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The content of the pages of this website is subject to change without notice.
Payment platforms payments are processed by Stripe or Razorpay, depending on the currency of your order.
Accepted methods credit and debit cards — including Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them — and the other payment methods shown at checkout.
Currency you are charged in the currency shown at checkout, which is the currency the prices were displayed in. If your card is in a different currency, your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
Tax prices are shown before tax. Where tax applies to an order — GST on an order billed in India — it is shown at checkout and added to the total before you pay.
Provisions for subsidiaries
Our operating companies are subsidiaries of Zetexa Global Private Limited and adhere to these Terms and Conditions. For services provided by these subsidiaries, the governing law and jurisdiction clauses below are subject to the laws of the USA (for Zetexa Global Corporation USA) and of Canada (for Zetexa Inc.) respectively, unless otherwise specified.
Device compatibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device is compatible with eSIMs and is network-unlocked. Device compatibility may vary depending on the carrier and country of origin, and customers are advised to check our compatible devices page before buying. By confirming that the device is eSIM compatible, the customer assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided. The compatibility list is not exhaustive, and newly announced eSIM-compatible devices may need to be added. An eSIM that cannot be used because the device is not compatible can still be refunded under the Refund Policy, as long as it has not been activated and its plan is still valid.
The service contract
The service contract between ZetSIM and the customer commences upon completion of the order on the website or through the app. Activation of the eSIM and following the activation instructions provided with it are the sole responsibility of the customer. The contract will be terminated if the customer lacks an active data package or deletes the eSIM from the target device.
Any tax that applies to an order is shown at checkout before payment, as set out under General terms. The customer is not entitled to offset any claims against ZetSIM’s claims, except where the customer’s claims are undisputed or have been confirmed by a final court judgment.
Purchase and delivery
Upon purchase, the customer will promptly see the acquired eSIM under the “My eSIMs” section on the website and in the app. A confirmation email is sent after the purchase, and installation information is available exclusively within the user’s account.
Unlimited plans and fair usage
Unlimited plans carry 2 GB of high-speed data per day, then unlimited data at 256 kbps. The counter resets on a 24-hour timer from your first connection — activate at 10 AM and fresh high-speed data lands at 10 AM daily.
ZetCoins
ZetCoins are our reward credits. They are credited to your ZetSIM account and can be spent on future orders. You need to be signed in to spend them.
You earn ZetCoins on a paid order, on the order total after any discount, at the reward rate set for the order's currency, rounded down to whole coins. Orders in a currency with no reward rate earn no ZetCoins, and no ZetCoins are earned on the purchase of a ZetPass.
ZetCoins can pay for part of an order, up to the share shown at checkout; the rest is paid with your chosen payment method.
Earned ZetCoins are valid for 12 months from the day they are earned, and may expire after that.
When every eSIM on an order is refunded, the ZetCoins that order earned are taken back — even if that leaves your balance below zero — and any ZetCoins you spent on it are returned.
Existing ZetCoins cannot be converted to any other form of credit, and are credited exclusively to the user’s account for future transactions.
ZetCoins, whether earned or to be earned, are strictly non-transferable between different accounts, ensuring the integrity of the reward system.
Refund coins are separate from ZetCoins. They are what a refund is paid in: each one is worth one unit of the currency of the order it came from, they never expire, and they are spent at checkout in that currency. The Refund Policy sets out when they are issued.
Website content and intellectual property
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for them to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of any information or materials on our website or product pages is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through them meet your specific requirements.
Our website and mobile applications contain material owned by or licensed to us — including, but not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms.
All trademarks reproduced on our website and applications which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website. Unauthorised use of information provided by us shall give rise to a claim for damages and / or be a criminal offence.
From time to time our website and applications may include links to other websites, provided for your convenience. You may link to our website, as long as the link is fair and lawful and does not suggest any association, approval or endorsement on our part that does not exist.
Third-party services
If the customer decides to enable, access or use third-party services, interaction with those services is governed solely by their terms and conditions. ZetSIM does not endorse and is not responsible for any aspect of these services, including their content or data handling practices. The customer waives any claims against ZetSIM regarding such services, and ZetSIM is not liable for any damage or loss related to their use. The customer expressly permits ZetSIM to disclose their data to facilitate that use, and may need to register or log in on the respective platforms.
Disputes and governing law
Zetexa Global Private Limited disputes are governed by the laws of India.
Zetexa Global Corporation USA and Zetexa Inc., Canada disputes are governed by the laws of the USA and of Canada respectively.
Limitation of liability
We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorisation for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed between us and our acquiring bank from time to time.
ZetSIM is not liable for damages arising from the unavailability of the proposed service, and does not guarantee constant availability of the network service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ZetSIM, its affiliates and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption. This applies under any theory of liability, even if ZetSIM has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ZetSIM’s aggregate liability is limited to the greater of one dollar or the amount paid in cash by the customer for the prior one-month period. These limitations also apply if this remedy does not fully compensate the customer for any losses, or fails of its essential purpose.
