Meet & Greet is a person. A host is waiting for you by name — at the arrival gate or the aircraft steps when you land, at the terminal entrance, the kerb or a welcome counter when you fly out — and stays with you: porter service for your bags on many packages, priority or escorted access at the checkpoints the package covers, and a transfer to or from the aircraft on most. Fast Track only opens a faster lane; this walks it with you.

A representative is waiting for you, on most packages with a name board. Arriving, that is the gate or the aircraft steps; departing, the terminal entrance, the kerb or a welcome counter. Every package names its own meeting point before you book.
Many packages include a porter: your bags are carried from the meeting point to check-in on the way out, or out to the terminal exit, the car park or your car on the way in. Each package says whether porter service is part of it.
Most packages cover the leg between the terminal and the aircraft — shared on the great majority, private on a few. It is listed on the package.
Your host takes you through the checkpoints your package covers — check-in, security screening, passport control — with the priority or escorted access it includes, walked to each desk rather than pointed at it.
All three are sold. Book ahead: most packages want at least a day's notice and many want two or three, and each one shows its own window.
Most Meet & Greet packages can be cancelled and some cannot. Which one you are buying is on its card, next to the fare, before you pay.
